This is a genuine Mexican rebozo of the style worn by Mixteca
Indian women.These are very popular with women these days
because you can breast feed a baby in most any situations
without anyone seeing. This is actually the most ideal and
comfortable way to carry a baby that was ever invented.
You can carry your baby/toddler in many posistions

(back, hip, front, cradle, etc.) There are also many
uses for your Rebozo (blanket, shawl , beach wrap, etc.).

Also, in terms of fashion, Frida Kahlo wore these, and

they are coming very much into style as women adapt ideas
such as hers. This has tassles woven in the ends, or "barbitas"
as they are called in Spanish.
